Job summary

BRAKEmax Tire and Service Center in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to greet customers, assess needs, and guide them through service options from check-in to checkout.

You'll build accurate estimates, explain maintenance and repairs, and work with technicians to keep appointments on track. This is a full-time role with benefits and growth opportunities within Sun Auto Tire & Service.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and by phone, listen to their needs, and build trust from the first hello.
• Review vehicle history, Digital Vehicle Inspection results, and technician findings to recommend the right products and services.
• Explain maintenance, repair, tire, warranty, and financing options clearly for confident decisions.
• Build accurate estimates, work orders, and invoices in the POS system.
• Keep customers updated on service status, timing, and cost.
• Partner with technicians and leadership to manage workflow and keep repairs on track.
• Schedule appointments, verify parts availability, and follow checkout procedures.
• Make post-service follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.
• Help keep the store clean, safe, and customer-ready, following PPE and safety policies.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed, and uphold Sun Auto values.
