Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Sales Representative on-site at 3860 S. Cobb Dr. SE, Smyrna, GA. You will present vehicle options, explain purchase and finance options, and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales.

The role requires automotive or retail sales experience, excellent communication and organization, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, D2D or retail sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.

Hours: Full Time, M-F and most Saturdays, but Sundays off.

Pay: Commission $60,000 - 100K
