Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Sales Representative for an on-site role at 3860 S. Cobb Dr. SE, Smyrna, GA. The position offers a competitive base with commission and a guaranteed $3,000 pay for the first 30 days, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and possess a valid driver's license. Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, and a supportive team environment is provided.

What You'll Do

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management system/s.
• Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories.
• Attend product and training courses.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in automotive sales, is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills & working knowledge of computers.
• Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
