Job summary

Lithia Ford of Fresno is hiring an Experienced Sales Representative to join their team. The role focuses on meeting individual sales goals, following up with internet, phone, and showroom customers, and guiding buyers through the vehicle purchase process.

You’ll work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with performance-based commissions, ongoing coaching, and access to growth opportunities within the Lithia & Driveway organization. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in automotive or retail sales.
• Motivated by achieving sales goals.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Experience working in a commission-based sales environment.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

• Pay: $48,200 - $158,700 Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

Total Rewards

The Annual Estimated Pay Range is $48,200 - $158,700.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
