Acura of Johnston, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring in Johnston, Iowa. You will greet customers, present vehicle options, conduct demonstrations and test drives, and guide buyers through the sales process to delivery, all while building lasting relationships.

We value confident communicators with automotive or retail experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a luxury automotive environment.

• Pay: Annual earning potential of $60,000 to $90,000 based on performance
• Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reports to: Sales Manager
• Onsite in Johnston, Iowa
