Acura of Johnston, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring Valets in our Service Department. This full-time role pays $16 to $18 per hour based on experience, with a Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm schedule.

We seek a performance-driven teammate to join a nationally-recognized team culture and help drive service success. What you’ll do: move and position vehicles, prep repaired vehicles for delivery, assist the shuttle driver, and perform other duties as assigned.

Formación

• 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 years in a previous customer-facing role, automotive experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
• Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans, and drive both manual and automatic transmissions

What You’ll Do:

• Move and work with vehicles to maintain vehicle display and support service department
• Prepare repaired vehicles for delivery; monitor and recognize general vehicle repairs i.e. exterior and/or interior cleaning, tire pressure of vehicles, air and fuel as needed
• Assist the shuttle driver as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Total Rewards

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
