Qualifications

• 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• College degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline by following up with leads via phone, emails, and in-person visits.
• Conduct cold calls and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate deals confidently while maintaining transparency and integrity.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, inventory information, and support sales processes.
• Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties or accessories to maximize revenue.
• Maintain organized inventory management records and assist with dealership inventory control efforts.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining professional phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and a friendly demeanor.
