Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Bob Howard Toyota in the Oklahoma City area, is hiring Automotive Sales Professionals. We seek driven, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping people and achieving results.

Previous automotive experience is welcomed but not required. You will guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey, build relationships, present options, and deliver a seamless, customer-first buying experience from first contact to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably automotive, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated with high energy and work ethic.
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through vehicle buying journey from consultation to delivery.
• Build rapport and recommend best vehicle, financing, and protection options.
• Showcase features, technology, performance, and benefits; differentiate products.
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and community networking.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that achieves high CSI scores.
• Maintain expert knowledge of vehicle inventory, incentives, financing programs, and trends.
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage leads, appointments, and communications.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to dealership success.
