Group 1 Automotive is hiring Automotive Sales Professionals for our OKC-area locations. You will guide customers through the vehicle-buying journey with a focus on customer satisfaction, product knowledge, and value-based options.

Successful candidates may come from retail, hospitality, or customer service backgrounds. This role emphasizes relationship-building, achievement of sales goals, and ongoing training within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is preferred; automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, to interact with customers.
• Positive, energetic, customer-focused approach with a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through every step of the vehicle-buying journey from consultation to delivery.
• Build rapport and trust by understanding customer needs and recommending options.
• Showcase features, technology, and incentives while differentiating products from competitors.
• Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports high CSI scores.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, incentives, financing programs, and industry trends.
• Utilize CRM tools and follow-up processes to manage leads, appointments, and communications.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to dealership performance.
