Responsibilities

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories.
• Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs.
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers.
• Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business.
• Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed.
