Job summary

Russ Darrow Madison CJDR is actively seeking energetic, motivated Sales Associates to meet strong customer demand. This role offers extensive training, ongoing support from management, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin, with front and back end gross compensation.

You will greet customers, identify the best vehicle fit, demonstrate features, and guide them through a proven sales process to close deals.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome.
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business.
