Job summary

Russ Darrow West Bend Nissan is seeking energetic Sales Associates to meet strong customer demand. You will greet customers, identify vehicles, explain features, and demonstrate operation during test drives.

You will guide through a proven sales process to close deals and present pricing with financing options. We offer extensive training, ongoing management support, and one of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin that pays on front and back end gross.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome; excellent training provided.
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business.
