Job summary

Russ Darrow Madison CJDR is actively seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our dealership team in Madison, WI. You will help customers choose the right vehicle, demonstrate features during test drives, and guide them through a proven sales process to close deals.

You will present pricing, discuss financing options, and complete paperwork while building a personal book of business and pursuing follow-up opportunities for referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening
• Sales experience in any industry welcomed — training provided
• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
