Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify vehicles that best fit their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business.
