Russ Darrow Metro CJDR in Milwaukee, WI is seeking energetic Sales Associates to meet strong customer demand and build lasting relationships. You will greet customers, identify vehicles that fit their needs, and guide them through our proven sales process designed to close deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is welcome; training provided.
• Energetic, outgoing, customer-focused.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
