This role offers a performance-based compensation plan with earnings expected from $45,000 to $150,000 annually, depending on sales results. We provide training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth across our 10 locations and 20 brands,

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, driven, and comfortable working toward sales goals.
• Professional and customer-focused.
• Ability to learn product information and dealership technology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Build relationships by providing professional, customer-focused buying experience.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, options, and available incentives.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email.
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process.
• Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet products, inventory, and dealership programs.
