Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs, present features and incentives, conduct test drives, and guide them through the delivery and follow-up process. Our earnings are commission-based, with an expected annual range from $45,000 to $150,000, reflecting individual performance and sales results.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn product information and dealership technology.
• Team player with strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Build relationships by providing professional, customer-focused buying experience.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, options, and available incentives.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email.
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process.
• Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet products, inventory, and dealership programs.
