Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
• Engage with customers to understand vehicle preferences, needs, and budget.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, incentives, financing options, and services.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective and previous customers by phone, email, and text.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
• Assist with vehicle delivery and explain features and warranty coverage.
