Our compensation rewards performance with a transparent commission structure and strong earning potential—from $45,000 to $150,000 annually—plus benefits and a team-oriented work environment.

Formación

• Previous automotive sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, driven, and focused on sales goals.
• Professional and customer-focused with the ability to learn dealership technology.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Build relationships by providing professional, customer-focused buying experience.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles, features, options, and available incentives.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and previous customers by phone, text, and email.
• Develop repeat and referral business through strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers throughout the sales and vehicle delivery process.
• Stay knowledgeable about Chevrolet products, inventory, and dealership programs.
