Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, explain Ford product features, and drive sales through demonstrations and effective follow-up.

This role offers a base salary of $500 per week plus commissions; earnings can reach $120,000+ per year with bonuses. You will work with a team across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including weekends.
• At least one prior customer-facing role.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering service.
• Ability to learn product information and pricing.

Responsabilités

• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain customer relationships and build repeat business.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles by listening and questioning.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Know Ford products, options, and technology enhancements.
• Present and demonstrate features to highlight benefits.
• Follow up with leads via calls, email, and in person.
• Provide excellent service throughout the sales process, from inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Meet and exceed sales targets using effective techniques.
