Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Bel Air, MD. You will engage customers, showcase Ford vehicles, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers a $500/week base salary plus commissions and bonuses, with earning potential exceeding $120,000 per year for high performers. As a Ford Sales Associate, you will maintain product knowledge, demonstrate vehicles, handle inquiries, and collaborate with finance and service

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and preferences
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features
• Be a vehicle expert on Ford products, packages, and technology
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Meet and exceed sales targets using effective techniques
• Maintain knowledge of Ford vehicles, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with finance and service departments for a seamless experience
• Complete sales documentation accurately and timely
• Direct report to the General Sales Manager on objectives and activities

Bob Bell Ford of Bel Air is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team.

Earning potential - $500/week salary plus commissions and bonuses - up to $120,000+ per year!

As a Ford Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for one of the most iconic American automotive brands.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and approachable manner to understand their needs and preferences
• Maintain customer relationships & create customers for life
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase features and benefits of Ford vehicles
• Be a vehicle expert - Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and in-person to convert leads into sales
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process - from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Meet and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ford vehicles, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with other dealership departments, including finance and service, to ensure seamless customer experience
• Complete sales documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Direct report to the General Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours & weekends
• At least one previous job with customer experience required
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Great communication skills with customers and team members
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product in’s & out’s
• Knowledge of basic computer programs and ability to learn dealership software
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
