Job summary

Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and present both new and pre-owned options. You will conduct test drives, demonstrate features, and follow up on leads to close sales with support from the Finance team.

This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant, customer service, or automotive environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in a sales or service setting.
• Ability to learn inventory, pricing, and promotions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and learn their vehicle needs.
• Present new and pre-owned vehicles matching customer needs and preferences.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process through vehicle delivery and coordination with finance.
