Willis Automotive in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Sales & Leasing Consultant to sell vehicles and deliver excellent customer service. You will greet customers, determine needs, demonstrate vehicles, and coordinate delivery to ensure satisfaction.

A strong sales track record and ability to work in a team are essential. The role requires a minimum of one year sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year successful sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsabilités

• Sell vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Greet customers professionally and identify needs by asking questions.
• Demonstrate vehicles and coordinate delivery to customers; explain features and paperwork.
• Maintain follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Work with other departments to ensure vehicles are repaired and scheduled.
