Lithia's Grants Pass Auto Center is hiring a Sales Representative to greet customers, present vehicles, and guide buyers through demonstrations. You will build relationships, enter CRM data, and schedule follow-ups to meet sales goals.

The role offers a commission-based pay plan with a $3,000 guarantee for the first 90 days and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or customer service experience.
• Bi-lingual preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Willingness to learn automotive products, technology, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly, professionally and courteously.
• Provide professional product presentations to customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations.
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Enter customer contact and interest information into the CRM accurately.
• Schedule daily customer appointments and follow ups.
• Assist during write-up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain knowledge of product pricing and promotions.
• Attend daily sales meetings and participate in training.
• Maintain lot/showroom appearance and cleanliness.
• Deliver vehicles post-sale following delivery process.
