The role requires strong people skills and an ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will work daily with the CRM and participate in training meetings to stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes.

Qualifications

• Typing efficiently to enter information into tracking system.
• Basic math calculations.
• Acceptable driving record with a valid driver's license in your state.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Schedule customer appointments daily and follow up with prospects.
• Enter customer information accurately into the CRM.
• Deliver vehicle to the customer following the delivery process.
