Lithia & Driveway is hiring a Sales Representative in Ann Arbor, MI. You will greet customers, present vehicles, and demonstrate features while building a pipeline of prospects and maintaining CRM records.

You will schedule appointments, assist during write-ups, and coordinate with the Service department to ensure a seamless handoff. The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and good math and typing skills.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong basic math and typing accuracy.
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter it into the CRM.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist during write up to ensure a smooth experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product pricing and promotions.
• Attend and participate in daily sales meetings and trainings.
