In-person work schedule is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends; 3+ years automotive management and closing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive management experience.
• Proven desking and closing deals.
• Strong communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team through the sales process and monitor performance.
• Drive profitability to meet monthly volume and gross profit goals.
• Oversee customer follow-up and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with manufacturers on incentives and inventory.
• Train sales staff and coordinate vehicle deliveries with service.
• Maintain vehicle reconditioning standards and present ready-for-sale units.
• Collaborate with Finance to optimize sales processes.
