Cooper Auto Group in Edmond is seeking an experienced automotive retail sales manager for Jackie Cooper BMW and Mini of Edmond. As Desk Manager, you’ll drive sales performance, coach a team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience from greeting to delivery.

You will recruit, train and retain top talent, set measurable standards, develop market strategies, manage the sales process end-to-end, and collaborate with fixed operations to raise overall dealership performance.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive retail sales manager experience required.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Be able to present orally to a public audience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
