Candidates with prior sales management or F&I experience are preferred and a strong customer-first approach is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Prior sales management or F&I experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors by setting clear goals, coaching and mentoring for optimal results.
• Lead by example and help Sales Advisors close deals; develop improvement programs for those not meeting objectives.
• Promote teamwork by developing and mentoring Sales Advisors.
• Make recommendations on car inventory needs and assist in advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.
