Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.
• Strong mentoring and coaching ability.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors and set clear goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve results.
• Lead by example and help close deals; develop improvement programs.
• Promote teamwork by mentoring Sales Advisors.
• Make recommendations on inventory and promotional campaigns.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI from online marketing.
