Honda of North Hollywood is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales department and drive profitability through strong leadership and process discipline.

The role requires a minimum of five years in sales management, a proven history of building and training a team, maintaining high CSI scores, and coaching staff on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow-up, and closing techniques to consistently hit targets while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience.
• Proven history of building and training a team with strong CSI scores.
• Ability to train sales team on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow up, closing techniques.
• Knowledgeable in appraising and booking vehicles.
• Experience in Used Vehicle management preferred.

Mansioni

• Hire, motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Coach sales team to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Lead all sales activities and maintain an experienced level of product knowledge.
• Ensure high Customer Satisfaction scores and analyze these metrics to isolate areas for improvement.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Online and Product Specialists.
• Mentor new and experienced sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Ensure proper follow up of all guests by developing, implementing, and monitoring our Honda of North Hollywood tools.
• Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership.
