Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales manager or F&I experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving orientation with a big-picture understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors by setting clear goals and coaching for results.
• Lead by example and help close deals; develop improvement programs for underperforming reps.
• Promote teamwork by mentoring Sales Advisors.
• Make recommendations regarding car inventory and assist in advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.
