In this role you will set sales strategies, monitor KPIs, train staff, and ensure adherence to the dealership process.
Qualifications
- Experience in automotive sales leadership and a proven track record
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass pre-employment background screenings
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the sales team's performance
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
