Job summary

CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our CDJR sales team and drive dealership success. This role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, developing strategic sales plans, and leveraging market insights to meet targets.

You will establish KPIs, conduct ongoing training, and ensure adherence to the dealership's sales processes, while delivering competitive compensation and benefits. A fast-paced environment rewards performance and growth.

Qualifications

Experience in automotive sales with a track record in sales management.
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics.

Responsibilities
