Capital of Indian Trail is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our CDJR sales team and drive dealership success. The role requires a results‑driven leader with a deep understanding of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

Proven track record in automotive sales management.
Knowledge of dealership sales processes and KPIs.
Experience with CRM and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches.
Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the sales team's performance.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards.
