• Engage and motivate the team to meet key goals following Napleton's processes.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and drive customer experience to delight customers.
• Lead negotiations with customers, ensuring understanding of purchase options and pricing.
• Assist in managing inventory planning with General Manager/General Sales Manager.
• Monitor controllable expenses for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Analyze performance and develop action plans to improve results.
