The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Manager I for Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. This leader heads the Service Department, driving performance, talent development, and exceptional customer experiences to uphold Napleton’s standards.

Responsibilities include setting vision, achieving targets, mentoring staff, and ensuring efficient service operations in a multi-brand dealership environment. Competitive compensation and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Service Department in a high-volume dealership.
