The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant for Napleton Auto Park of Urbana. This role offers rapid growth in a fast-paced automotive environment with opportunity to advance to Finance Manager, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and helping them select a vehicle that is right for their needs.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, application and benefits to prospects and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Deliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealership’s service department.
• Other duties as assigned by management
