Job summary

Golden Circle Auto Group in Tennessee seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a team of sales associates across one of our five locations. You will drive performance, maintain a positive showroom atmosphere, and ensure honest, high-integrity dealership operations.

Responsibilities include daily training, mentoring staff, managing funding on deals, maintaining CRM records, and protecting the dealership from fraud while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven auto sales experience in a dealership environment.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Daily motivation, morale building, and performance coaching.
• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a team of sales associates and lead the sales team with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a positive showroom atmosphere while guiding daily tasks and processes.
• Conduct regular training meetings with staff to prepare for objections and close deals.
• Operate the dealership with integrity and protect against fraudulent activities.
• Lead morning briefings and coordinate daily action plans with the team.
