Holman Enterprises is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead and develop a high-performing dealership sales team. The role emphasizes training, coaching, and optimization of sales processes to exceed targets, while collaborating with service for a seamless post-sale experience.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years in automotive sales with leadership experience, strong CRM and data analysis skills, and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
