Job summary

Holman Enterprises, a family-owned, global automotive services organization, invites applications for a Sales Manager at Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Aberdeen. You will lead a sales team, drive revenue, train consultants, and optimize customer experience post-sale across departments.

The role requires 3-5+ years in automotive sales including 2+ in leadership, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong CRM and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data.
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Build, train, motivate, and maintain a quality sales organization.
• Assist in hiring of sales consultants and conduct in-depth initial training sessions.
• Schedule regular training sessions to review sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
• Negotiate trade-in deals with customers while maximizing profitability for the dealership.
• Collaborate with the service department to ensure a seamless customer experience post-sale.
• Establish and enforce policies and procedures that prioritize customer satisfaction.
