The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in automotive sales with leadership experience, strong CRM and data analysis skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years in automotive sales with leadership exposure.
• Proficient in CRM to manage interactions, leads, and data.
• Strong MS Office skills for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, motivate, and maintain a high-performing sales team.
• Help hire sales consultants and conduct in-depth training.
• Schedule regular sessions covering selling systems and product knowledge.
• Negotiate trade-ins to maximize profitability.
• Monitor used vehicle inventory, pricing, and procedures.
• Collaborate with service to ensure seamless post-sale experience.
