Job summary

Rairdon Auto Group in Arlington, WA is hiring an Automotive Sales Manager to lead the Marysville dealership team. This full-time role offers a substantial commission-based compensation package ($96,000–$150,000 per year) and a robust benefits program.

You will hire, train, and mentor sales staff, establish goals, monitor performance, and guide customers through vehicle selection while maintaining high service standards and closing deals efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience is a huge plus.
• Leadership skills with a real passion for training sales employees.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed those quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.

Salary Range: $96,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/year

Automotive Sales Manager

Rairdon Auto Group | Snohomish County | Full-time

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $96,000.00 and $150,000.00; including 3.5% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit per terms of pay plan; $1,000-$2,500 bonus potential for meeting or exceeding monthly used retail unit targets per terms of pay plan.
