Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople
• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor to improve performance

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening
• Explain product performance, options, and benefits to customers
• Describe optional equipment/products for purchase
• Deliver high-quality, professional vehicle presentations and demos
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow company standards
• Provide training and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
