Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 Commission/year

Compensation

Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $120,000.00; including 20% commission on Front Payable Gross; additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if salesperson meets monthly CSI objective; 2% commission on Back Payable Gross if 12 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; 2% commission on Back Payable Gross if 16 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met; subject to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
