Rairdon Auto Group in Arlington, WA is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. You will recruit, train, coach, set goals, monitor performance, and mentor staff to achieve quotas while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Location: DCJ of Marysville - Arlington, WA, Salary Range: $96000.00 - $150000.00Commission/year, Automotive Sales Manager Rairdon Auto Group | Snohomish County | Full-time

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $96,000.00 and $150,000.00; including 3.5% of monthly new and used vehicle department gross profit per terms of pay plan; $1,000-$2,500 bonus potential for meeting or exceeding monthly used retail unit targets per terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. • Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople

• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers
• Describe all optional equipment/products available for customer purchase
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
