Earn $50,000 to $100,000+ per year with a competitive commission plan and comprehensive benefits. Previous sales or customer service experience is welcome; automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, consultative buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Following up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
• Utilizing CRM and dealership software to manage customer communications and opportunities
• Learning and presenting Volkswagen products, features, and technologies
• Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team goals
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required sales documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Candidates from retail sales, hospitality, cellular sales, furniture sales, real estate, insurance sales, customer service, and other relationship-focused industries are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
