Earn $50,000 to $100,000+ per year with a competitive commission plan and comprehensive benefits. Previous sales or customer service experience is welcome; automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Utilize dealership software to manage communications and opportunities.
• Learn and present Volkswagen products and technologies.
• Collaborate with sales management to reach goals.
• Maintain accurate records and complete sales paperwork.
• Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.
