Mike Savoie Volkswagen of Troy is seeking motivated Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our team at the Troy Motor Mall. You will help customers find the right vehicle and deliver a consultative buying experience.

This role offers uncapped earnings through a competitive commission-based plan, extensive showroom traffic, and a path for professional growth within a family-owned automotive group serving Metro Detroit since 1966.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Following up with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Utilizing CRM and dealership software to manage customer communications and opportunities.
• Learning and presenting Volkswagen products, features, and technologies.
• Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required sales documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
