Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Candidates from retail sales, hospitality, cellular sales, furniture sales, real estate, insurance sales, customer service, and other relationship-focused industries encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process.
• Conducting professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Following up with customers to generate repeat and referral business; using CRM and dealership software to manage communications and opportunities.
• Learning and presenting Volkswagen products, features, and technologies.
• Working closely with sales management to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required sales documentation.
• Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a professional, consultative buying experience.
